After busily preparing for the Loved Up Valentine's Special, the day finally arrived.  I had only anticipated on 12 seats, but learning to cook and eat the Caribbean way proved more popular than I had anticipated with 20 participants turning up.  It was a busy evening but overall for less than half price it was good to get feedback.

I even had a Food Blogger turn up which was great.

Hope to see you at the next one and were always looking for hosts who would love to have us in their homes to learn to cook the Caribbean way.

Check out what Food Blogger Jaklien Van Melik had to say about Angella's Kitchen

A Happy New Year

It has a while since I last blogged, but since we are now all settled into the New Year, Obama has given his final speech and Joe Biden was given the highest medal of honour and the Obama girls are now on to pastures green.  I for one shall miss their pazzaz and while America may remain divided we hope for the best.

At the end of the day, we all want to live in a peaceful world and want the best for our children, our families, our friends and neighbours and I hope to see peace on earth not just at Christmas.

In the meantime, I have been quite busy with preparing for my Valentine's Cooking/Supper Club and for March will be going for a more intimate atmosphere bringing the Caribbean to you at a private location and dining experience in Hammersmith.

So do stay peeled.
In the meantime, wishing you a very happy and prosperous 2017.
